My Experience

Over the past 22 years, I have worked simultaneously for many different yacht dealers throughout the country as their licensed Training & Delivery Captain. In this capacity, my duties involve training the clients and/or operators (including captains and crew) upon the purchase of their new yacht. I have performed these training services for boat owners in both Florida and California and have over 14,000 hours accumulated as a professional instructor.

The individual and private training sessions typically range from twenty (20) hours to sixty (60) hours depending on the boating experience of the client as well as the size and class of the vessel. Additional time may be provided to the client based on their needs.

In addition to private training, I have also instructed the following group classes on a regular 

schedule throughout the year:

Captain’s Class I

Captain’s Class II (advanced) Women-on-Water

Service and Maintenance Seminars.

In addition to the above-mentioned duties as a professional instructor, I also regularly Captain for private charter vessels, day excursions and special boating events.
